			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>The Nephilim Cultivation Academy is founded with one sole purpose: to prepare athletes so far beyond the demands of their sport that those demands become tertiary to their skills and tactics.</p>
<p>There is one further point: that generally preparing the athlete is more difficult from a training standpoint than specifically conditioning them.  Broadness in focus, i.e. the lack of focus, creates a whole host of difficult situations, uncovering of bad motor patterns, bodyweight concerns, imbalances, limit weaknesses, flexibility, coordination etc.  It&#8217;s NCA&#8217;s stand that athletes who have overcome all these obstacles and who are most broadly prepared will be able to apply their sporting skills more effectively and frequently than other less prepared athletes.</p>
